Global COST management (GCM)
The Global Cost Management (GCM) system provides real time activity based costing and valuation tracking across in house and outsource manufacturing sites. The GCM provides standard unit based costing and standard to actual variance tracking. Combining the GCM with the GEDS system provides cost and margin projections down to the lot and order level. Tying together financial and operations data into one system aligns operations and financial decisions improving financial predictability.
The GCM can work as a backbone for 3rd party cost management systems such as TCM or SAP/Oracle.
