Customer Advisory Board

The Serus Customer Advisory Board (CAB) provides a forum for effective two-way communication between Serus and its customers.

The Customer Advisory Board has two main goals: to gain feedback from our customers and supporters to streamline customer-driven product improvements to Serus’ cutting-edge solutions for the Semiconductor market; and secondly, to find new ways to enhance the customer experience by sharing best practices and  networking with industry leaders.

The Customer Advisory Board will address the core Serus business solutions for the Fabless Semiconductor Market:  WIP Management, Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Purchase Order Management, Fulfilment (ATP), Sales Order Management, and the Dashboard.

The Board's charter is to represent the customer viewpoint on current and future Serus solution developments. It has real influence on the direction of Serus solutions to ensure they continue to meet customers' needs and expectations.

The Board meets quarterly with representatives from Serus’ senior management and engineering teams. These meetings enable Serus to obtain frank feedback, and provide the opportunity for the Board to voice concerns and comments brought to their attention in customer correspondence and contact.

The members of the Customer Advisory Board are senior managers of companies spanning a range of industry sectors, geographic locations and technology usage within the Serus customer base. This wide experience means the Board can effectively advise on the full range of existing and proposed product and service offerings.

The objectives for the Customer Advisory Board are:

- Organize and focus customer recommendations on the most important issues
- Provide honest and direct insight and feedback on Serus’ IOM solutions
- Organize and prioritize customer recommendations and requirements
- Discuss potential resolutions and implementation approaches
- Identify business drivers, best practices and industry trends
- Provide feedback to CAB on actions taken based on discussions
