Dr. Pallab Chatterjee
Chairman of the Board

Dr. Pallab Chatterjee is considered a Supply Chain visionary with over 33 year of experience. Most recently Dr. Chatterjee was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of i2 Technologies, Inc. Under his leadership, i2 launched a new sales execution model coupled with new services lines for the company’s Total Supply Chain Management approach that yielded significant bookings growth for i2. Prior to i2, Dr. Chatterjee spent 24 years at Texas Instruments in various executive management positions.
Under his leadership as senior vice president of Research and Development and Chief Technology Officer, the Texas Instruments Technology Labs became known as a standard for excellence acknowledged by both academia and industry.

Mark Ashida

Mark Ashida is a General Partner for OVP Venture Partners, focusing on investments in infrastructure and enterprise software. Prior to joining OVP, Mark served as General Manager of Windows Enterprise Networking at Microsoft Corp., where he drove all development, testing and product management for Microsoft's networking infrastructure and authentication servers, representing over $450 million in enterprise sales. Prabhu Goel

Prabhu Goel is a private venture capitalist and chairman of iPolicy Networks. He also is a board member at seven other privately held companies. Mr. Goel founded Gateway Design Automation - the company that delivered Verilog-XL, the industry-standard simulation package. In 1989, he sold Gateway to Cadence.

Raman Khanna

Raman Khanna is managing director for Onset Ventures. He has been involved with more than 25 start-ups as investor, board member and advisor. Prior to merging with Onset, Raman co-founded Diamondhead Ventures, and before that Mr. Khanna worked at Stanford University for 16 years in various roles, including Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Executive Director of Computing and Communications.

Naren Gupta
Naren Gupta is vice chairman for Wind River Systems, serves on the board at Numerical Technology (NASDAQ: NMTC), TIBCO Software (NASDAQ: TIBX), and Quick EagleNetworks (previously, Digital Link Corporation). Dr. Gupta co-founded Integrated Systems in 1980 and took it public in 1990. Integrated Systems merged with its competitor to form Wind River in 2000.

Gerry Langeler is a General Partner for OVP Venture Partners, focusing on investments in the semiconductors, software, imaging and digital biology sectors. His investments include 800.com, Captivate Network, djangos.com, Elekom, Foundstone, Max-Viz, Now Software, Portland Software, Preview Systems, Surplus Software, TView, Unify, Vascular Solutions, Viral Logic Systems, and Webridge. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Max-Viz, Viral Logic Systems and Collaborative Software Initiative. Prior to joining OVP, Gerry was co-founder of Mentor Graphics Corporation (NASDAQ: MENT) in Portland, OR in 1981. There he served as President, and over eleven years helped lead Mentor through its IPO to over $400M in worldwide sales and over $1B in market capitalization.
